Tuesday Night Dance Lessons
Days: Tuesday evenings, September to May (generally following the Montana State University calender.)Time: 7 p.m. International Folk Dancing. 7:45 - 9:30 p.m. Scottish Country Dancing
Cost: No cost. Donations welcome for the purchase of new music and for paying musicians at dance parties.
Location:Upstairs at the SOB Barn on the MSU campus.
From Main Street, travel south on South 19th Av..
After the traffic light at College St, pass some low buildings of campus housing on your left.
Turn left onto Garfield St and drive with care over the speed bumps.
Turn right into a small parking area for the grey and white barn.
Details The Bozeman Folk Dancers start at 7 p.m. with easier
international dances to warm up, reviewing or teaching as needed.
We try to teach a new or difficult dance each week.
At 7:45 we transition to Scottish Country Dancing.
All are welcome. No partner is needed. You don't need experience either.
Bring clean shoes that stick a bit to the floor, and bring beverage or snack as desired.
Periodically we have Saturday dance parties and ceilighs, so if you plan to be in our area, call ahead and let's dance!
