Hello Dancers,

        Kalispell International Folk Dancers, Saturday Nov. 7,
        from 7 to 10 p.m., at the Salvation Army gym, 110 Bountiful Drive. For new
        dancers, easier dances are taught for at least the first hour, with more advanced
        dancing later in the evening. We will celebrate Marvin's birthday, so bring a
        treat to share if you wish.

        Next Saturday, Nov. 14, would normally be a night of contra dancing because
        contra dances are held on the second Saturday of each month during the fall,
        winter and spring seasons. However, in November the contra dance is pushed back
        to the third Saturday to avoid conflicting with the annual Rails to Trails
        benefit pie auction and contra dance, which takes place on the second Saturday
        in November at the Batavia Grange. Consequently, on Saturday next, Nov. 14, the
        Kalispell International Folk Dancers will dance as usual, but on Nov. 21 we will
        take a weekend off to make way for a Contra Dance at the Salvation Army gym. If
        anyone knows of any changes to this schedule, please let me know so I can pass
        the information on.

        Tuesdays 6:45 p.m.
        Scottish Country Dance with Susan Hinkins teaching. Tuesdays 7:45 - 9:30 p.m.

        Calgary: Yves Moreau workshop Nov. 13-14.
