Greetings Dancers,

        Kalispell International Folk Dance iSaturday July 23 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the usual venue, the
        Salvation Army gym, 110 Bountiful Drive. It's a big weekend in the Flathead, with Art in the Park,
        The Event at Rebecca Farms, the free Caribbean concerts, and the Rock & Gem Show, to name a
        few. Enjoy some of the valley's many activities this weekend, then round out your Saturday with some folk dancing.

        In Butte next weekend, the Helene Eriksen workshops are scheduled for Saturday July 30 at
        St. John's Episcopal Church Parish Hall. Eva sends the following registration info. Please forward

        West to East, from the Balkans to the Middle East with these fascinating dances.  Whether you come
        from the world of  Folkdance or Bellydance, or are just curious, don't miss this chance to work with Helene
        Eriksen, an internationally renowned dancer and ethnologist who has worked with the Cultures of Eastern
        Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia for over 30 years.  This class is for men and women
        of all levels of experience.
