Monday* Scandinavian folk dancing. 7pm at the Sons of Norway.

Tuesday* Learn to Clog: New Beginning lessons start April 6th
at 5:30. No partner needed, meet every Tuesday, upstairs Eagles
Club. Contact Carla for more information 752-7919.

Wednesday* Free dance lessons, 7:30pm at the Blue Moon on HWY 2
West of Columbia Falls. They are taught by Melanie and Alex of
Dance Montana. Each week a different step is taught. Varies between:
two step, west coast swing, east coast swing, waltz, nightclub,
cha cha.

Thursday* Learn to do Western Line dance, meet at the Sons of
Norway, 6:30pm, $3.00.

Friday* The 7th Contra Dance of the season is at the Sons of Norway.
April 9, 2004. The 2nd Friday of each month.
The Sons of Norway's address is 347 1st Ave E.
(corner of 1st Ave. E and 4th St. E.) Kalispell, the NE corner,
across the street from the fire department. The dance is from 8:00
to 11pm, with the beginners' workshop starting at 7:30pm.
The cost is $6 each for adults, $3 each for teenagers (13-18),
and kids 12 and under are free. Potluck snacks for mid-dance
break. Live music by "Grin and Bear it." Calling by Bev Young
-Missoula. The dance is put on by "Contra Dance Flathead"
volunteers, MORE volunteers are needed.

Saturday* International Folk Dance, April 10, 2004 at the
Salvation Army Gym, 7 to 10pm.

The "Spring Swing International Folk Dance" in Bozeman,
May 22nd. We'll leave Saturday morning, arrive in Bozeman in
the early afternoon. Dance. Eat dinner. Dance somemore. Stay
overnight. Dance a little more then head home, back Sunday early
evening.

Also plans for a weekend "Camp and Stamp" this Summer, details are
still being worked out. We're looking at a time when there is
a low chance of rain and it wouldn't be to hot. Your best guess
on that one would be helpful.
Camping at Russ's, dancing at the LaSalle School durring the day
and the Salvation Army Gym at night. It won't be July 17-18.
