Hi Everyone,
Highlighting four dances we did tonight. The first, Kaži Suto, kaži dušo, is a new dance introduced to us by Russ, he found on YouTube. He bought the music so we can dance to it. The second, Karmir Nur, is also a new dance introduced to us by Don and Rose. They learned it last month from Tineke and Maurits van Geel, at the Lyrids Folk Dance Festival held in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The third dance, Lalica, is a refresher, very well taught and performed by Folk Dancing with Henry. The fourth is also a refresher, Duke of Kent's Waltz.
Randi and Murray Spiegel dance Kaži Suto, Kaži Dušo during their 2nd zoomversary party. Two important styling corrections: 1) During turn, hands should be HIGH. 2) During sways after turn, lean R/face L, lean L/face R, lean R/face L. Enjoy this dance by Miroslav "Bata" Marcetic.
